Li Bin, the chairman of NIO, has announced that the G318 Sichuan-Tibet power swap route will officially open on August 16. Prior to this, he plans to depart from Lhasa on August 15 to conduct an on-site inspection and acceptance at Mount Everest Base Camp. Additionally, he will host a special edition of the Power UP 2025 NIO Charging Day event. The route will boast a total of 15 power swap stations, facilitating seamless full-range power swaps all the way to the base of Mount Everest.
