The board of directors of GAC Group has approved a plan authorizing its wholly-owned subsidiary, GAC AION, to invest an additional RMB 600 million into Guangzhou AutoTech (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. Upon the successful completion of this capital injection, GAC Group will directly own a 71.43% equity stake in Guangzhou AutoTech, with an additional indirect 28.57% stake held through GAC AION.
