Mr. Shi, who was resting in bed at the time, became aware of the unusual activity through a mobile phone notification. According to Mr. Shi, the model in question was Xiaomi Smart Door Lock 2 Pro, and the deliveryman whose face triggered the unlock bore a passing resemblance to his own. In response, Xiaomi customer service stated that they would arrange for an engineer to conduct an on-site inspection and repair, adding that such situations are not common.
