Huawei has introduced the "HarmonyOS Developer Incentive Program 2025," an initiative designed to inspire both individual and enterprise developers to create a plethora of applications, games, and meta-services for the HarmonyOS ecosystem. This ambitious program boasts a cash incentive pool exceeding 100 million RMB. To qualify, developers must complete and launch their applications within the specified timeframe, running from July 23rd to December 31st, 2025. Awards will be bestowed upon meeting the established criteria, with evaluation results announced in stages beginning in September 2025. The amount of each reward will be determined by the application category and the type of incentive.
