On September 14, the latest report from the International Data Corporation (IDC) revealed that the global shipments of household cleaning robots surged to approximately 11.205 million units in the second quarter of 2026, indicating a robust year-on-year growth of 21.5%. Specifically, shipments of robotic vacuum cleaners amounted to 7.885 million units, with a noticeable trend of market concentration among top-tier manufacturers. Following a remarkable 36.6% growth rate in the first quarter, the growth rate stabilized in the second quarter. However, structural differentiation became more pronounced: the dominance of the top three players in the robotic vacuum cleaner market remained unchallenged, lawn mowing robots continued their high-growth trajectory, and pool cleaning robots entered their peak sales period.
