Several sources with insider knowledge have revealed that Apple's much-awaited inaugural foldable iPhone is currently experiencing a modest initial daily production volume of merely a few hundred units. This is primarily attributed to Apple's rigorous quality control standards. At present, both Apple and its suppliers are actively engaged in efforts to expedite the production process. Earlier reports had suggested that Apple aims to manufacture between 8 to 10 million foldable iPhones this year, leveraging this new model to spur market demand and enhance revenue. An industry executive mentioned that, according to the original plan, the daily production volume of foldable iPhones would typically need to be in the tens of thousands of units to meet expected demand.
