In September 2025, the warranty duration for Mijia Air Conditioners will be prolonged from 6 years to a full 10 years. This extension covers the entire unit, encompassing on-site service, labor costs, inspections, replacement parts, and refrigerant replenishment—all at no additional charge and inclusive of all core components. Every Mijia Air Conditioner model, irrespective of its specific design, that undergoes its initial installation from January 1, 2025 (including units bought in 2024 but installed in 2025), will be entitled to this 10-year complimentary warranty. This policy applies universally across all purchase channels.
