Lenovo Group has unveiled its financial results for the fiscal year 2025-2026, showcasing a remarkable performance. The company reported a full-year revenue of $83.075 billion, marking a 20% increase year-on-year. Its Non-GAAP operating profit soared to $3.125 billion, up 27% from the previous year, while net profit reached $2.049 billion, a substantial 42% rise year-on-year. In the fourth fiscal quarter alone, revenue stood at $21.588 billion, a 27% increase year-on-year, and Non-GAAP net profit attributable to shareholders surged by 101% to $559 million.

All three of Lenovo's major business groups achieved double-digit growth. The IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) business group reported revenue of $58.935 billion, up 16.6% year-on-year. Its global market share in PCs climbed to 24.4%, an increase of 1.3 percentage points year-on-year, with high-end products now accounting for 50% of its portfolio.

The ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) business group generated revenue of $19.188 billion, a 32.1% increase year-on-year. It successfully turned from a loss to a profit for the full year, with an operating profit of $73 million. Revenue from AI servers witnessed high double-digit growth, and the project pipeline reached an impressive $21 billion.

The SSG (Services & Solutions Group) business group surpassed $10 billion in revenue, up 18.6% year-on-year. Its operating profit grew by 25.6%, and it maintained a healthy profit margin of 22.4%.

Orient Securities has initiated coverage on Lenovo Group and assigned it an 'Overweight' rating. The firm projects that Lenovo's revenue will reach $90.607 billion, $100.273 billion, and $112.881 billion for the fiscal years 2027-2029, respectively. Net profit attributable to shareholders is expected to reach $2.047 billion, $2.373 billion, and $2.829 billion for the same periods.
