Specific measures implemented include: a thorough review of community content, enhancement of supervision mechanisms, removal of all content that violates privacy and regulations, severe punishment for accounts that have breached the rules, and an upgrade to the community content review algorithm. To combat unauthorized accessories, Rokid has worked with multiple platforms to lodge complaints about 'indicator light covers' being sold on e-commerce sites, advocating for the removal and traceability management of non-compliant accessories. Moreover, Rokid is refining its hardware and software technologies to rebuild its protection system. Products currently on sale now include hardware-level recording indicators, sensor accessories, and low-level protection algorithms as standard features, strictly barring any third-party modifications to indicator light permissions at the system level.
