According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, throughout the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, China's low-altitude equipment industry witnessed a continuous expansion in scale, with its average annual growth rate of output value exceeding 10%. The development of traditional general aviation equipment forged ahead steadily, with over 70 domestically-manufactured models successfully completing airworthiness certification. Additionally, 18 civil unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) obtained airworthiness approval. Furthermore, nearly 30 ton-class UAVs and approximately 70 types of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft were in the process of development. By December 30, 2025, a total of 1,081 enterprises had completed their registration, with 3,623 types of products filed, amounting to over 5.29 million units in total.
