"Throughout the 14th Five - Year Plan period, China's low - altitude equipment industry experienced continuous expansion in scale. Its output value boasted an average annual growth rate surpassing 10%. The industry witnessed a growing abundance in both the quantity and variety of products. In terms of traditional general aviation equipment, its development and application made steady progress. Over 70 domestically - produced models successfully completed airworthiness certification, and 18 civil unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were granted airworthiness approval. Moreover, there is a flurry of development activities underway. Nearly 30 ton - class UAVs and close to 70 types of electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft are currently in the development phase. As of December 30, 2025, a total of 1,081 enterprises have completed their registration processes. There are 3,623 types of products on record, and the number of filed units has exceeded 5.29 million."
