'FAW Group' has made an announcement stating that the prototype of the electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) flying car, named 'Hongqi Tiannian No.1,' which was independently developed by FAW Qiyi (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., has recently undergone final assembly and has been successfully rolled off the production line. It has also accomplished its first-ever test flight in a protected setting. This innovative flying car features a compound-wing design, seamlessly blending the agility of vertical takeoff and landing capabilities with the steadiness of high-speed cruising, thus rendering it well-suited for intricate low-altitude environments.
