Concurrently, the policies advocate for the growth of integrated scenarios that blend technology with tourism and cultural heritage, thereby stimulating the evolution of instant service consumption models on e-commerce platforms. Moreover, the initiative includes the promotion of exemplary 'artificial intelligence + consumption' application cases. To accelerate the advancement of consumer-oriented large AI models, the government will introduce 'computing power vouchers, model vouchers, and corpus vouchers.' This strategic move is designed to spawn a host of intelligent, integrated new scenarios, further enriching the service consumption landscape in Shanghai.
