According to the official website of the Ministry of Commerce, on December 19, Li Chenggang, who serves as both the Representative for International Trade Negotiations and the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, had a meeting with Sabih Khan, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Apple Inc.
