On November 26, Xiaomi Corporation disclosed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it had repurchased 7.5 million shares at an average price of HK$40.14 per share, incurring an expenditure exceeding HK$300 million. This move represents the company's fourth share repurchase operation of the month, bringing the cumulative number of shares repurchased to 31.5 million and the total repurchase amount to over HK$1.2 billion. Earlier, on November 24, Lei Jun, the company's chairman, augmented his stake by purchasing an additional 2.6 million shares, spending more than HK$100 million, thereby elevating his shareholding ratio to 23.26%. Moreover, on the 20th and 21st of the same month, Xiaomi executed two consecutive days of share repurchases, acquiring a total of 21.5 million shares with an expenditure surpassing HK$800 million.
