Meanwhile, the all-inclusive package will drop from 4,499 yuan to 3,599 yuan, offering a direct reduction of 900 yuan. Verified by both the DJI Store's official website and its headquarters' customer service team, this price drop is part of a limited-time Double 11 promotional campaign. DJI's customer service representatives have emphasized that the official online store provides a 7-day price protection guarantee, along with a 30-day hassle-free return policy (applicable as long as the device and its accessories remain undamaged). Returns are also accepted post-activation, albeit within a specified timeframe; no returns will be processed beyond this deadline. For purchases made offline or through third-party vendors, consumers are advised to reach out to those respective channels for support. At present, there are no official announcements regarding the launch of the Pocket 4.
