The Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce has announced the resumption of purchase subsidy activities for mobile phones, tablets, and smart watches/bracelets from August 22 to October 8. Eligible consumers can secure their subsidies via the UnionPay and JD.com platforms. Subsidies are awarded on a daily, quota-based system, with a first-come, first-served approach. The eligibility for subsidies remains valid until 24:00 on the day of issuance.
