Recently, several fund management companies have implemented purchase limits on their QDII (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor) products. Specifically, the Wanjia Nasdaq 100 Index Tracker Fund (QDII) has established a daily purchase limit of 500,000 yuan per account, while the Guotai S&P 500 ETF and Huatianfu Hong Kong Advantage Select Hybrid Fund (QDII) have temporarily suspended all purchase activities. According to industry experts, the primary rationale behind these purchase restrictions on QDII funds stems from investment quota constraints. These measures are designed to safeguard the interests of current fund shareholders and to ensure that investments are conducted in a rational and orderly manner within the confines of the limited foreign exchange quota.
