UnionPay's QuickPass has officially unveiled the full integration of WeChat Pay QR codes into its system. This means that when users conduct payments via the QuickPass App, they no longer need to differentiate the platform associated with the QR code, as all transaction billing details are consolidated within the QuickPass App. Earlier, China UnionPay had affirmed the full incorporation of WeChat Pay QR codes into its network, aimed at bolstering payment convenience and inclusivity. The QuickPass App boasts over 500 million registered users, enabling multi-bank account linking and mobile payments, while also offering fee-free transfers and credit card repayment services. Presently, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and numerous e-commerce platforms all facilitate payments through QuickPass.
