Shanxi Chalco Huirun Co., Ltd., Ningxia Yinxing Energy Co., Ltd., and the Administrative Committee of the Xingxian Economic and Technological Development Zone came together to sign a cooperation agreement. This marked the successful conclusion of a deal for a new energy project, boasting a total investment of 7 billion yuan and a cumulative capacity of 1.55 million kilowatts. Nevertheless, Yinxing Energy clarified that the project agreement is a framework agreement. It functions solely as an initial document that delineates the mutual cooperation intentions of both parties. As of October 28, 2026, there has been no meaningful progress, and the company has yet to commence any pertinent decision-making procedures.
