On September 30, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (Stock Code: 300750) made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Luxembourg Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luxembourg Times"), plans to offer a shareholder loan commitment amounting to €50 million to its holding subsidiary, Times Aurora New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Times Aurora"). This financial support will be sourced from Luxembourg Times's own funds or funds it has raised. Times Aurora will have the flexibility to access the loan in one or several installments, depending on its specific requirements.
