21Vianet: Strategic Investment from Ningde Times' Affiliate Completed

On September 21, 21Vianet announced the completion of its strategic investment transaction with an affiliate of Ningde Times. PJ Millennium I Limited and PJ Millennium II Limited, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of PJ Millennium Limited Partnership, jointly acquired 650,424,192 Class A ordinary shares of 21Vianet from the seller. The general partner of PJ Millennium Limited Partnership is Lochpine BG I GP Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lochpine Capital Limited. Lochpine Capital Limited is an uncontrolled, non-consolidated affiliate of Ningde Times. Following the completion of this transaction, the buyer collectively holds approximately 38.1% of the total outstanding ordinary shares of 21Vianet.
