Yichun Times New Energy Mining Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on September 18, conducting a pre-application publicity for the Environmental Impact Report (draft for approval) and the Public Participation Explanation for the Environmental Impact Assessment of the Zhenkouli-Jianxiawo lithium mining project in Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province, and Yifeng County-Fengxin County, to solicit environmental protection opinions from all sectors of society. Previously, due to question (questioning/challenges) over the compliance of the publicity website, the proposed acceptance publicity for this project had been revoked. Now, the environmental impact assessment approval process has been restarted.
