On September 19, the highly anticipated robot theater production, ‘Robots and Their Friends,’ a collaborative effort between Luming Robot and Shenzhen Cultural and Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd., premiered in Shenzhen. This groundbreaking 45-minute immersive show, seamlessly hosted and interconnected by robots, features six captivating acts: dance, stand-up comedy (crosstalk), skits, martial arts demonstrations, DJ performances, and magic tricks. As a pioneering offline entertainment venture, the theater will be regularly operated by Shenzhen Cultural and Tourism. Looking ahead, Luming Robot is poised to further explore the realm of ‘robots + entertainment,’ delving into the integration of robots into a variety of settings, including cultural tourism destinations and commercial spaces.
