At precisely 10:40 on September 17, China achieved a significant milestone by successfully launching the Tianyi 51 and 52 satellites into space. This feat was accomplished using the Kuaizhou-11 Yaosan carrier rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, with both satellites smoothly entering their designated orbits. Notably, the flexible perovskite photovoltaic module, independently developed by Yanhe Technology, was onboard the Tianyi 52 satellite. This module is now undergoing long-term in-orbit performance monitoring and verification of its adaptability to the space environment. This event signifies China's first-ever in-orbit verification of flexible perovskite modules operating under full conditions within the commercial aerospace sector. It heralds a new era, demonstrating that China's flexible perovskite aerospace photovoltaic technology has successfully transitioned from laboratory research to engineering application verification.
