Sibo Huiyi, a company dedicated to the research and development of fully automated magnetically controlled interventional surgery robots, has recently announced the successful completion of a Pre-A+ round of financing, raising nearly 100 million yuan. This funding round was spearheaded by Nuoyu Capital, with additional investments from Pudong Venture Capital and other entities. Lingshan Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction. The capital raised will be primarily allocated towards the registration and certification of core products, conducting clinical trials, and facilitating commercialization efforts.
Sibo Huiyi has pioneered the world's first magnetically controlled interventional surgery platform that features full participation from an AI agent. The platform's algorithms are powered by a VLA large model, and it has achieved three significant technological advancements at the hardware level: precise manipulation of catheter tips, a 4D-DSA digital twin system, and the groundbreaking development of a flexible plug-and-push propulsion mechanism.
The company's core team boasts a wealth of professional expertise and market experience. Presently, Sibo Huiyi has embarked on multi-country Class III registration processes for its core modules and the complete system, with plans to progress through animal trials, clinical trials, and registration submissions from 2026 to 2028. Nuoyu Capital is confident that Sibo Huiyi's technology will lower the barriers to interventional surgery, thereby expanding its reach in primary markets. Meanwhile, Lingshan Capital acknowledges the value of its technological innovation and its potential to address critical clinical challenges.
