In September, the Qianfan satellite constellation witnessed a marked uptick in its launch frequency. Specifically, on the 15th and 16th of the month, Yuanxin Satellite successfully deployed 10 and 8 satellites, respectively, bringing the total number of satellites in the Qianfan constellation to 256. As per the roadmap, it is anticipated that by the end of 2026, the Qianfan constellation will have fully launched 324 satellites, thereby acquiring the initial capacity to deliver commercial satellite internet services across pivotal global regions. This translates to the launch of an additional 68 satellites over the forthcoming approximately three-and-a-half-month period, marking the Qianfan constellation's entry into the industrial network formation stage.
