The aim is to circumvent the hefty expenses associated with constructing traditional base station towers and acquiring terrestrial spectrum, thereby directly venturing into the urban mobile communications market. Nevertheless, this 'crossover' endeavor has yet to present a significant challenge to the established telecom behemoths.
