Each month, leveraging sales forecasts and inventory levels, the company convenes a production, supply, and sales meeting to map out its comprehensive production plan. This plan is subsequently dissected into specific tasks and delegated to various production departments for implementation. Regarding production organization, Unitree Robotics combines in-house assembly with outsourced processing: the assembly of complete robots and core components is handled internally, whereas non-core parts and certain processes are sourced through customized procurement and outsourced processing. This approach allows the company to maintain tight control over critical production stages, fostering technological innovation and cost efficiency.
