On August 6, Tongyu Communication released an official announcement, revealing that on August 5, 2026, the company had outlined its intention to acquire approximately 25% of Jiaxian Communication's equity, utilizing 300 million yuan from its own capital reserves. At present, this transaction remains pending completion. Post-transaction, Tongyu Communication will neither attain a controlling stake in Jiaxian Communication nor consolidate its financial statements.

Addressing recent online speculations suggesting that "Jiaxian Communication is partnering with NVIDIA on the development of 6G AI-RAN base stations," Tongyu Communication has confirmed that Jiaxian Communication has no research and development cooperation relationship with NVIDIA. Instead, Jiaxian Communication is merely conducting R&D activities based on NVIDIA's publicly accessible CUDA Aerial open-source ecosystem platform. This engagement does not entail any exclusive or privileged cooperation arrangements. The products under development are still in their nascent stages and have yet to reach commercialization.

Furthermore, Jiaxian Communication reported an operating revenue of 103 million yuan for the first half of 2026, accompanied by a net loss of 39.8872 million yuan (unaudited).
