Pinduoduo Group has entered into a collaborative agreement with Power Construction Corporation of China, aiming to acquire the Xiong'an・PowerChina Smart City building. This strategic move is set to pave the way for the establishment of a digital new consumption e-commerce industrial park. Earlier, Pinduoduo had already established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Xiong'an, marking its commitment to the region with the recruitment of an initial cohort of 150 new employees. Furthermore, the company inked a strategic cooperation pact with the Administrative Committee of Xiong'an New Area, vowing to generate over 5,000 job opportunities. Remarkably, Pinduoduo accomplished the entire process, from initial planning to full-fledged setup, in under a month. The company has expressed its dedication to taking root in Xiong'an, bolstering resource allocation, deepening its industrial footprint, harnessing digital technology to empower the entire industrial chain—from upstream suppliers to downstream consumers—and constructing a modern, integrated supply chain ecosystem.
