The flagship ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) of renowned investor Cathie Wood has experienced continuous capital outflows this year due to its underperformance compared to the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 Index. To date, investors have withdrawn more than $313 million, reducing the fund's assets under management to $7.2 billion, significantly lower than its peak of $29 billion. This stands in stark contrast to the overall U.S. ETF market, which has attracted over $1 trillion in inflows.
