On June 9, BlackRock announced the launch of a new space-themed ETF (ticker: STAR) for European investors. Its index incorporates a rapid IPO inclusion mechanism, allowing newly listed companies to be added within 10 to 30 days of listing. On the eve of SpaceX's potential listing, investor interest in space ETFs has surged, with such products attracting $8 billion in capital year-to-date. Their net inflows rank second among 39 ETF themes, trailing only artificial intelligence-related products.
