On June 6, Reuters reported that two sources familiar with the matter revealed on Friday that SpaceX's initial public offering (IPO) has attracted approximately US$150 billion in investor subscriptions, roughly double the target fundraising amount of US$75 billion. SpaceX launched its IPO roadshow on June 4, setting the issue price at US$135 per share, with plans to sell 555.6 million shares to raise US$75 billion, valuing the company at US$1.77 trillion. It is expected to become the seventh largest company in the U.S. by market capitalization and is anticipated to officially list on June 12.
