The company's registered capital surged from 1.315 billion yuan to roughly 1.65 billion yuan, indicating a substantial growth of approximately 26%. Founded in September 2024, the firm is led by legal representative Li Jun. Its operational scope encompasses the production and assembly of microsatellites, along with scientific research and testing services, as well as inspection services. Currently, it is co-owned by entities including China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory Co., Ltd., and the newly introduced shareholder.
