CICT Mobile has made a public announcement stating that its major shareholder, the China Development Bank Manufacturing Industry Transformation Fund—which currently holds over 5% of the company's shares—along with its affiliated entity, China Development Bank Science and Technology Innovation, intend to divest a portion of their holdings. This decision is driven by their respective capital requirements. The planned stake reduction will be executed through centralized bidding transactions, commencing after a period of 15 trading days from the date of this announcement and to be completed within the subsequent three months. The aggregate number of shares to be divested will not exceed 34.1875 million, which constitutes no more than 1% of the company's total issued share capital.
