On May 28, ZTE disclosed that the company had successfully executed its inaugural A-share buyback via centralized bidding transactions on May 27. The buyback encompassed the acquisition of 19,259,100 shares, representing 0.40% of the company's total equity, at an expenditure surpassing RMB 670 million.
