Recently, a self-media outlet released an article titled "Tsinghua Prodigy 'Targeting the Establishment'", raising questions about Yu Hao, the founder of Dreame. The article pointed out that Yu Hao has been actively engaging on social media and making bold statements lately. It questioned whether his actions were genuinely aimed at promoting products or attracting talent, or if they were, in fact, a strategic move to lure local government industrial funds. The underlying motive, as suggested, was to inflate the company's valuation through financing. In response to these allegations, Yu Hao took to social media on the evening of the 12th, dismissing the article as a sensationalist attempt to garner attention. Lei Ming, co-president of Dreame Technology, also stepped in, posting a video to refute the claims. He labeled the content as defamatory and highlighted that the company's project incubation success rate surpasses the market average. Furthermore, he clarified that their cooperation with local governments is rooted in holistic considerations, such as industrial chain compatibility, rather than the forced relocation of industries.
