It seeks to cultivate scenarios such as rocket and satellite production, as well as Beidou navigation applications, while expediting the growth of distinctive industries like the aerospace information sector at the Yantai Oriental Spaceport and the Rizhao Yuntong Integration project. Furthermore, the plan calls for the establishment of a provincial intelligent networked system and the creation of landmark scenarios, including the Yantai-Dalian cross-sea low-altitude logistics corridor and a 'Comprehensive One-Flight' solution for low-altitude governmental operations.
