Amazon's subsidiary, Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings, disclosed that it holds approximately a 5.3% stake in electric aviation company Beta Technologies, equivalent to around 11.8 million shares. Beta Technologies went public last year, and Amazon initially announced its investment in 2021 as part of its climate-focused fund.
