SpaceX, the space exploration technology company owned by Elon Musk, is conducting roadshows to promote its initial public offering (IPO) to non-U.S. banks and holding meetings with them, aiming to go public this year. In mid-January, foreign banks competed for IPO-related roles at SpaceX's California office, divided into groups of European banks and companies from other regions. These meetings to select more banks for junior IPO roles took place before SpaceX announced its acquisition of Musk's xAI.
