After conducting a preliminary evaluation of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts and taking into account the information currently at the management's disposal, it is projected that, as of December 31, 2025, the company will record a net profit in the range of approximately RMB 630 million to RMB 730 million. This marks a stark contrast to the net loss of around RMB 1.353 billion incurred during the same period in 2024, signifying a successful transition from losses to profits.

The key factors driving these performance shifts are primarily linked to the steady rise in shipment volumes of power and energy storage battery products. This increase in shipments has been a major catalyst for revenue growth. Moreover, the enhancement of capacity utilization rates, coupled with the implementation of cost - cutting and efficiency - boosting initiatives, has also played a pivotal role in significantly elevating the gross profit.
