When it comes to top-tier supply, the emphasis is on markedly boosting production and manufacturing capacities to enable the provision of products on a large scale, at low cost, with high reliability, and strong adaptability. Top-tier safety is committed to establishing a comprehensive safety assurance system that spans the entire lifecycle of the product.

Lastly, top-tier service revolves around constructing an integrated application service system that seamlessly blends 'sensing, communication, computing, and utilization,' thereby empowering a wide array of industries.
