According to data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the prospectus that EVE Energy had previously submitted for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has now lapsed after the standard six-month validity period. In response to inquiries on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Interactive Easy platform, EVE Energy clarified that, in compliance with Hong Kong's regulatory framework, the A1 version prospectus remains valid for six months only. Beyond this period, the information contained therein must be updated and the prospectus resubmitted. Given that the typical timeline for a Hong Kong stock listing often stretches beyond six months, such a resubmission is considered a routine step in the process. EVE Energy has assured that it will expeditiously resubmit its updated listing application documents and does not foresee any substantial disruptions to its overall Hong Kong IPO journey.
