Manus has officially declared that it will soon become a part of Meta. It will persist in delivering products and subscription services to its user base via its app and website, with the company’s operational headquarters remaining in Singapore. Liu Yuan, a partner at ZhenFund, conveyed his congratulations, noting that ZhenFund has been a steadfast supporter of the team led by Xiao Hong for a full decade. He also highlighted that this acquisition marks Meta's third-largest since its inception. Following the merger, Butterfly Effect (assuming it's the relevant entity or product line under Manus) will sustain its independent operations while forging deep integration with Meta's key global consumer-oriented products. Furthermore, Liu Yuan divulged that Meta's founder, Mark Zuckerberg, has been a long-standing user of Manus.
