On December 29, Neusoft Carrier released an announcement revealing the latest developments in its investment to set up a secondary holding subsidiary, namely Guangdong Hongqingrun Energy Storage Co., Ltd. This newly formed entity is a collaborative venture among Neusoft Carrier's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Neusoft Carrier Smart IoT Technology Co., Ltd., along with Foshan Nanhai Dali Shiying Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangdong Chuyun Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Shunde Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. The subsidiary has now successfully completed its industrial and commercial registration procedures and has been duly issued a 'Business License' by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Nanhai District, Foshan City.

With a registered capital of 100 million yuan, Guangdong Hongqingrun Energy Storage Co., Ltd. has seen Guangdong Neusoft Carrier invest 60 million yuan, thereby securing a 60% stake in the company. The formal completion of this industrial and commercial registration process signifies the official launch of Neusoft Carrier's strategic foray into the energy storage sector.
