The Beijing Yizhuang Comprehensive Bonded Zone has recently achieved pre-acceptance status, marking it as the fourth such zone in Beijing and the first in the nation specifically designed to foster new productivity. Nestled within the Changziying Industrial Zone, situated in the southern part of Yizhuang New City, this bonded zone spans 0.61 square kilometers and is devoted to nurturing industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, new-generation information technology, and biomedicine.

Currently, the zone boasts a state-of-the-art industrial space spanning 100,000 square meters, successfully attracting 80 interested enterprises to establish their presence, with 30 projects already signed and underway. The bonded zone offers a comprehensive array of services, encompassing bonded processing, logistics, research and development, testing, and maintenance, all aimed at advancing the development of high-tech and sophisticated industrial clusters in the region.

The pre-acceptance process was a collaborative effort involving eight departments, including Beijing Customs, confirming that the zone's facilities adhere to all relevant standards. This achievement lays a solid foundation for the official closure and operational launch of the Beijing Yizhuang Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
