U.S. Crude Oil Futures Close Higher by Roughly 1%

Recently, the crude oil futures market has demonstrated an upward momentum. Specifically, WTI crude oil futures for September closed with a gain of approximately 0.99%, while Brent crude oil futures for October surged by over 1.14%. Additionally, Middle Eastern Abu Dhabi Murban crude oil futures also registered an increase of 1.23%. In contrast, the natural gas market exhibited a different trend, with NYMEX September natural gas futures closing down by 0.89% and ICE UK natural gas futures declining by 0.54%. However, the TTF benchmark Dutch natural gas futures saw a modest increase of 0.31%. Furthermore, ICE EU carbon emission trading permit futures prices rose by 1.51%.
