The groundbreaking integrated source-grid-load-storage project at the Ulanqab data center, part of a low-carbon computing power base, has commenced official operations. This project epitomizes the seamless integration of wind and solar power generation, intelligent power transmission, direct grid connectivity, and energy storage solutions, ensuring a direct supply of clean energy to the data centers. Annually, it consumes 2.19 billion kWh of electricity, with an average of 848 million kWh sourced from green energy, significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 480,000 tons. This milestone signifies a significant advancement for Inner Mongolia in its pursuit of establishing a green computing power hub, aligning with the national strategy of "east data, west computing".
