*ST Yushun has announced its intention to acquire 100% equity in Zhong'enyun (Beijing) Data Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Shenhui Biyuan Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhong'enyun (Beijing) Data Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Kaixing, Zhengjia, and Shanghai Huizhiding, respectively, through a cash transaction totaling RMB 3.35 billion. Upon completion of this acquisition, *ST Yushun's business portfolio will expand to encompass data center infrastructure services, LCD-related products, instruments and meters, power distribution equipment, and other sectors, marking a significant step towards a diversified business strategy.
